La Plaza is conceived to be meeting point and an example of a sustainable building.

With an innovative design and efficient energy and water consumption, it creates an environmentally-friendly space and promotes exchanges between users, visitors and residents. With over 8,000 square meters of space, La Plaza houses 30 establishments that offer different services, such as restaurants, bank, drugstore, bookstore, and others. This building was recently awarded the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Category certification.

La Plaza is an urban planned project; it's a space where more than 400 people can gather to enjoy the grand food court that is connected to interior patios and exterior terraces creating the perfect setting for gatherings, meetings and gastronomic enjoyment.
