Panamanian Foreign Service visits the City of Knowledge
On Tuesday, October 14th, a delegation of nine people of the Panamanian Foreign Service, formed by members of the Panamanian embassies in Belgium, Geneva and Washington, visited the campus to learn more about the City of Knowledge (CDS) project.
The delegation toured the CDS campus with the intent of getting to know the Lakes Park, the Dormitories, the Plaza and the Athenaeum, where they received a presentation on the operation of the City of Knowledge project and how it emerged, along with its history, challenges, achievements, facilities and future projections.
Besides, they also visited the Institute of Scientific Research and High Technology Services (INDICASAT), where Dr. Jagannatha Rao and his team of research scientists offered a presentation on their progress in research and training projects nationwide and internationally. During the presentation they discussed the possibility of collaboration with scientific organizations for projects abroad.
