The Eima Forum on Sustainable Cities is organized by the Conama Foundation, the City of Knowledge Foundation and its International Center for Sustainable Development (CIDES), as well as Eima 2013 strategic partners: MAPFRE Foundation and Itaipu Binacional.

The Forum, which aims to bring the debate on urban sustainability to Panamanian society, will take place at the Auditorium of the City of Knowledge Convention Center on Wednesday, September 11. The forum will feature a panel discussion on environmental challenges of Ibero-american cities, where speakers will discuss, among other things, energy efficiency and citizen participation.

The event will also offer a preview of the 8th Local Government Forum organized by the Mayor's Office of Panama, which will be held on September 12 at the City of Panama.
