As part of the Conversations Cycle 2013 "Environmental Management Perspective in Panama", the Panama Canal Authority (ACP), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the City of Knowledge Foundation (FCDS) invite you to the Conversation on Culture, Education and Environment, to be held on Thursday, September 5th, at the Elena Lombardo Salon of the Metropolitan Natural Park.

Possible solutions to the current environmental problem that we "glocally" face demand effective changes that require, in turn, new methods to conserve, not only nature, but also culture. It is in this context that we place this third conversation of the Cycle, with reference to the ecosystem, culture and education as a tool to support knowledge and ways of understanding the interrelationships between ecosystem and culture.

This event is aimed at governmental and non-governmental organizations, students and academics, and society in general.
