The National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT), with the support of the City of Knowledge Foundation and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), invite you to "Christiane. A scientific bio-musical", which will take place on October 2 and 3 at the City of Knowledge Athenaeum.
Christiane tells the story of Christiane Dosne Pasqualini, a fundamental figure at an international level in the investigation of leukemia. Christiane immerses us in the journey of her protagonist, who, like a wild Amazon, arrives at the pampas in 1942, with a scholarship, to join the ranks of Bernardo Houssay. French, raised in Canada and Argentina by adoption, CDP was the first woman to join the National Academy of Medicine. Her passion for laboratory mice and her life, which goes through a good part of the 20th century, is of an exciting vigor and humanity. Scientist, mother and wife, "Christiane. A scientific bio-musical" is a great excuse to learn about a unique woman.
