Global Conversation for the Social Good Summit
In recent days a dialogue session was held at the headquarters of the CINUP, located at the City of Knowledge, inside the framework of the Social Good Summit that took place in the city of New York, under the organization of the United Nations Foundation (UNF), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, companies like Mashable, 92Y and Ericsson, and the UNDP.
Experts, students, leaders and government officials, businessmen, and civil society representatives met in very different spaces, in small or large groups, to answer the question: How technology can grow communities and improve life for all of us?
The experiences shared during the Panamanian session paid off to a nuanced discussion, utilities and responsibilities regarding the use of new information and communication technologies. The activity was a call to discuss the same topic worldwide on the same day. All discussions were filmed and shown live to contribute to the "great global conversation" from the epicenter of the summit in New York.
