Please note that the position will be based in the Regional Offices (RO) in Panama. This placement is also announced externally in Panama. A full placement description is attached.

About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the Regional Human Resources & Organizational Development Partner in the implementation of Human Resources Processes and Projects in the Regional Office (RO)

Intern Responsibilities and Desirable Skills

Responsibilities

•Support the recruitment process in the regional office

•Support the Performance Management process

•Support the creation of the employee survey actions

•Support the Timesheet project implementation in the Regional Office

•Translations of training material from English to Spanish

•Consolidate Human Resources information

Desirable Skills

·Strong administrative skills

·Fully computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

·Capacity of communication in a clearly and effectively style that inspires confidence and builds credibility with staff

·Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Travel and Location

The position is located in Plan’s Regional Office in Panama, City of Knowledge.

Language Level Required

Fluency in English and Spanish languages (full bilingual)
