OTEPI Renovables -based at the City of Knowledge- completed the first phase of photovoltaic installations for Todo a Dollar, a company with more than 17 years in the wholesale and retail market, national and international products in general, committed to the use of clean energy to contribute to the reduction of the carbon footprint.
On Thursday, October 19, the Technological University of Panama organized the VI International Congress of Mechanical Engineering at the Megápolis Convention Center Hard Rock Hotel Panama.
OTEPI, with headquarters at the City of Knowledge, has successfully completed the largest photovoltaic roof project conducted in the Republic of Panama, where they installed more than 4.5 MWp on the roofs of 24 stores of Cochez and Novey. With this project, OTEPI has established itself as a leader in Panama and has consolidated its position as a major player in the region in renewable energy.

OTEPI Group, a company based at the City of Knowledge, took part of the Induction Ceremony, as a member of the Directive Board of the Solar Energy Chamber of Panama; consolidating its commitment towards the development and promotion of renewables energies in the region.
The company based at the City of Knowledge, OTEPI Renovables, business unit of the OTEPI Group for the development of renewable energy solutions, together with its technology partner “UGE International, LTD”, completed with huge success the installation of six facilities of photovoltaic solar generation on the commercial property of COCHEZ y Cia., S.A. in Panama.
From August 31 to September 4, the Technological University of Panama (UTP) conducted the Electrical Engineering Week. OTEPI Renovables –based at the City of Knowledge- under its role as promoter, was present at this important event providing information to students and teachers on Photovoltaic Energy in Panama.
OTEPI Renovables -based at the City of Knowledge-, a subsidiary of OTEPI Group focused on sustainable energy and optimization of electricity consumption, has been selected, along with its international partner UGE, for the design and supply of self-generation electricity systems for solar panels on the roofs of several MEGASTORAGE buildings in Panama. The planned systems, estimated at 300 kW of installed capacity, will permanently reduce the cost of electricity.
